Snow in the DR?

Not quite... but it is the coldest day since we've arrived.
High today will only reach 70 degrees!
Dominicans are rushing to the stores to buy parkas and mittens.
Marvin and I call this " A fabulous day for a walk"

    Okay, this better not be a trend. But, I will settle for 70 degrees when we visit. Parkas and mittens, do they really stock these items in the DR???

    haha and it is the opposite here. it reaches 45-50 and there are kids in t-shirts, shorts and sandals coming out of church Sunday!!! Geshhh
